Eco Yoga Mat - 2mm jute & rubber
How great to be doing something better for our planet while doing my body and mind some good. There are other eco-friendly mats out there but this one wins for style. I like hte thinner style but it comes in a slightly thicker style as well.

Especially for those who like plain, simple decor...this is subtle enough that it won't overwhelm a room, but it will liven it up a bit. You have to admit, plain walls (especially white) are kinda creepy. Here's your quick fix.

The documentary film was inspired by a question Rock's young daughter asked him: “Daddy, how come I don’t have good hair?” Unsure about how to answer her question, Rock decided to explore historical and contemporary sources to shed light on "the way black hairstyles impact the activities, pocketbooks, sexual relationships, and self-esteem of black people". Featuring interviews with Ice T, Maya Angelo, Kerry Washington, Al Sharpton and Nia Long to name a few. I can't wait to see how he tackles this subject.
