So here's an option. Blow it up when needed. This particular style (there are several to choose from) is for the true booze gladiator. I'm also getting strong vibes that it could be rigged for a great game of "Full Body Contact Whack-a-Mole." But I'm just weird like that.

Beer Pong always seems to be the easy solution to boredom at small schools. It may not be that creative but it gets the job done.
