Sunkist Almond Munchies
These are so tasty, but I always end up eating the whole bag in one sitting!
The perfect healthful snack food – nutrient dense containing protein, calcium, fiber, folic acid and polyphenols, almonds are one of the ways I get energized before my workouts.
Nuts do double duty as a source of selenium as well as protein. However, nuts can be high in calories. Limit yourself to five 1-ounce servings a week, which is about 24 almonds.
