It's got a bunch of great meals that are very easy to prepare, but are also very healthy. Dr. Bowden simplifies healthy cooking, making it as straight forward as possible for the reader. His recipes are not just easy to follow, but they are delicious. I recently made his Thai Spiced Prawns and Curried Quinoa dishes for my Dad's birthday. The meal didn't take long to prepare, and it was a huge hit! No one even knew they were eating some of the healthiest foods under the sun! I highly recommend this book for any health minded cooks, parents, and dinner hosts out there! Worth mentioning also- Dr. Bowden included a section in his book with vegeterian and vegan meals, and in many recipes he will provide a vegeterian or vegan alternative.
