Swiss Tech - Smart-Rule 7-in-1 Ultrasonic Measure Device
Another weird but useful device to put on a keychain from Swiss+Tech. Press the main button, and a laser flips on for precise targeting, while an audible click let's you know when it's done. The display reads out the distance in both feet and meters (and includes the inches and centimeters as well). Swiss+Tech likes to cram every one of their products with as many 'functions' as possible, and the Smart Rule is no exception: -Ultrasonic Measurer -Laser Pointer -LED flashlight (a bit weak) -and an awkwardly placed, red 'Panic Alarm' button that is way to easy to press and wake up the neighbors. How is that 7 tools in one? I don't know, you do the math. Swiss+Tech also has a perverse obsession of having you carry their products on your keychain. Please don't with this one. But around the house, a really handy tool. $29 and available in black and white. Also good for messing around with bats and dolphins.

Funny! So, even if you can't attend, you can stage your own little royal wedding. Of course, first you have to knit them & since I can't knit, I guess I'll just have to enjoy pictures of both the real & re-enactment weddings...

Really, what could be an easier DIY costume for a kid or grown-up? Just grab a wig, some white clothes, a black ribbon, a stuffed chicken (we've all got one somewhere... or is that just me?), black glasses and an empty KFC bucket. Brilliantly simple.

In 2010 Moleskine unleashed a series of A4 and A3 blank page notebooks and folios.
