I received this as a gift and I really like it (also have the hand relief). I rub the lotion on my feet and then put socks on until it all soaks in, usually at night...watching a movie or something.

It took 3 days to achieve the summer color but I could see the slight color after the first application. It actually smells pretty good and it didn't stain any of my clothes or towels.
