Large Plain Moleskine Journal

Large Plain Moleskine Journal

Got to have my Moleskine Journals. I've probably gone through about a dozen of these. Jot down your ruminations on the day, sketches, notes, memo or verses. Available ruled or unruled and in assortment of sizes.

  • This is the best paper for photographs I have found. The luster finish adds a nice level of semi-gloss, and the color quality is just fabulous. Great for professional looking photos.

Comes in various semi-translucent colours, Staple Free Stapler will not make you face any of the misery of using a normal stapler (i.e.: all the frustration of having to load the stapler in an emergency situation, the prickings of your fingers, etc.) because it is safe to be used for all ages (and level of klutziness). Using the Staple Free Stapler is easy, you just have to firmly press its wide top as it sits flat upon a tabletop. The only thing that is different is that the paper should be slid out of the stapler to the right. This is due to the mechanism of the stapler that punched the paper, folded back and then tucked into the hole, creating a staple-less bond between the pages. P/S: This stapler is only able to staple up to 5 pages of papers. Anymore than that you’d have to use… a stapler.

This particular design has a silicone lid that securely attaches to the cup. The outside is matte and the inside is glazed. I prefer a version that Starbucks put out a few months ago. Their version is pretty much the same, but the outside is glazed (and of course has their logo) and the lid is plastic with a silicone liner to keep liquids sealed in. The key difference between the two is the price. "I Am Not A Paper Cup" is roughly $20 and the Starbucks version is $12. The upsides to either is that if you are a daily coffee drinker, you don't have to trash a paper cup and plastic lid every time you get take-out coffee. The downside is that both of them hold about 8 oz. - not favorable if you normally order a "grande" at Starbucks. Another issue for commuters is that it is not spill-proof or splash-proof. And finally, the Starbucks version CANNOT go into the microwave.

Sooooo, I decided to get a paper shredder. I shred all my junk documents that would let anybody know any of my business. Old bank statements, credit card applications, anything that would indicate my connections to financial institutions and etc. I usually even shred address labels that have my name and address on them. This shredder is small and compact and it even shreds credit cards and CDs.
