Each square measures 3-3/4" and has pinked edges to prevent fraying. The front side is a printed cotton, while the reverse is a plain white muslin. Cheery, neat and colorful... everything you want in a quilt! From the artist: This modern quilt really shows off the beautiful Amy Butler fabrics from her "Belle" collection (along with a few other fabrics to mix it up). I love how striking the large triangles are! Paired with a nice light grey Kona Cotton solid, this quilt will add a pop of color to any room. On the back, I threw in a few small squares to add interest to the solid Olive colored Kona Cotton. This quilt is a very generous lap or throw size or could also be used as a bed topper. (Shown on queen size bed) Size: 65" by 58" (165cm by 147cm) This is an heirloom-quality quilt! I do every bit of stitching myself. Made with all cotton fabric with Warm and Natural cotton batting sandwiched in between. Machine quilted in a freehand meandering pattern that gives the quilt a professional look and makes it very durable. I hand stitch the binding down on the back for a polished result. It has been machine washed and dried to give it that soft and crinkly feel. Remember, your quilt will get softer after each washing!

This is my family beach bag this Summer. Inside you will be able to carry a beach blanket(we use a queen size quilt,)5 beach towels, bathing suits for 5, and a cosmetic bag. The zippered outside pocket will hold sunscreen. The outside pouch pocket can hold cell phones or sunglasses. Obviously this can also be a weekender bag. When I flew to Seattle the other day, I tried it out as my carry-on and it worked great. I think I was the best looking traveler in the airport. As far as carrying on an airplane though, you have to be aware not to load it to full capacity, so it will fit in the overhead bin. I had no problem at all.

There is light interfacing in the straps and in the top of the bag. The bag is my design, I added a pleat on the front of the bag as well as the lining. I also added a simple pocket inside with contrasting fabric. This bag can be reversed if the button is sewn on the opposite side. The button on this bag is a lovely pink with clear pink slices to add texture, which complements the bag wonderfully. When items are added to the bag, the pleats add a little extra room, creating a really cute look that reminds me of the bottom of an apple.
