There is something trilling about design from the 1960's, we all can't live in those experimental modern spaces, but it's wonderful to have a way to revisit these radical ideas though domus Vol. 06.

As a bonus, Bozarrt made wonderful odern miniatures to go inside of it! I wish I'd bought it long ago.

Through a special process of bending and layering, Gehry has created an incredibly beautiful piece through which the curves of the chair form a base of support culminating in a seat which gently rolls upward to become the back.

It's Zen (which my dog isn't) and it's wood (ditto.) I'm willing to bet my friends will try to use this as a low-slung chair while cozying up around my giant retro coffee table. The orange cushion makes me happy.
