They make everything better in Europe, don't they? The Cybex i.GO is like a standard baby carrier, but it can adjust from the typical upfront, upright position to a more laid back, horizontal one. Sort of like pocket book, expect this one's carrying a human being :). It comes in a wide array of nicely named colors (Pictured is 'Malibu'). The site claims the horizontal position is ideal for infants up to 4 months; I would ask your doctor to confirm that. Personally I've always thought these baby carriers to be very cute; you see these babies in deep sleep with their limp little arms and legs hanging out - sorta like a kangaroo, these mommies are :)
