My Homemade Baby Food

I wish I'd had this site when I had my son. I made all his vegetable baby food. It really isn't that time-consuming if you do a big batch and freeze it. I did it partly for economic reasons and partly because the jar baby food had so many fillers. I'm nowhere near a super mom, by the way, since I have Multiple Sclerosis, and I hate to cook.

I recently gave away a bunch of my baby stuff, but not this. I refused to part with it because it's so good. I still use it to puree things like vegetables to hide in spaghetti sauce (which is an easy way to get vegetables into both my husband and son). I don't think I'll part with this until it no longer works (I've had it for over a year and a half, and pureed much food with it, so it's paid for itself), and then I think I might go and buy another one. Much better than any other food mill I've tried.

  • I bought this baby food mill when I decided to make baby food for my infant. It's incredible! The food I make is comparable in quality to the jarred, store-bought food, and it's cheaper and healthier for my baby.
