DAKINE Bronco Glove

DAKINE Bronco Glove

Me personally, I prefer DAKINE. I've always been much more satisfied witht eh brand than any others. These particular gloves are have everything you're going to want (and or need) as a snowboarder -- tour hand will always be dry. Plus, they're totally 80s, which is easily awesome.

It's basically a smaller iteration of their men's Player watch, but Small Player has a purple dial option with antique finish band. Love <3

Another men's Nixon watch I'm digging right now -- I actually own this one, The Graduate, and I love its 60's TV style face and the green-ish yellow-ish beige face. Goes so well with the band, and the little detail that the second hand is brown too is a nice touch. It looks gigantic on my 5.5 inch wrist, but still very cool looking. Because of the numerous holes on the band, it fits a smaller wrist with no problem.

I go high and low, men's and women's to find watches to my liking, and lately I've liked designs from Nixon watches. Clean & somewhat retro. I tend to like their men's watches' designs more, and The Cannon is no exception. I think it's cool for a girl to wear bigger watches anyway. And since they're surfers' watch, they usually tend to have more than adequate (100 m) waterproofing, and apparently they're pretty tough. At the more than reasonable price tag of around $100, I'm sold.

I ran through a deluge this week; nearly got my foot stuck in a ditch; and unwittingly held my own personal wet t-shirt contest. But that is child's play compared to what Ironman triathletes put themselves through just to make it into the pool of competitors. NBC will be airing some of the 2008 action today, Saturday, December 13, 2008, 2:30 - 4:30 p..m. EST. Meanwhile, if you have Iron dreams of your own, be sure to get yourself a pair of shoes that will take you through puddles (and even a pond or two) with comfort and ease.
