Salted Butter
I don't eat butter on a weekly or even monthly basis. In fact, the only time I do buy butter is when I cook during the holidays. Thats when all health and dietary concerns are off. For example, the butter that goes into my candied yams and sweet potato biscuits.

I think reuseable cupcake loners are a great idea. They help eliminate paper waste and pantry clutter in your home.

Transporting cupcakes, and cakes in general, has always been a basic problem. Here's a great solution. And their gauranteed to maintain their beauty even when turned upside down. Wow. But how do you transport large quantities?

Use these to avoid a sticky baking disaster. Nothing is more devastating than sublime looking cupcakes that will only come out of the tray in pieces. Tragic.

The reason I put this on my Wishlist is because its so hard to find. This is a classic product, but over the last 12 years its become increasingly hard to find. Its my only choice for baking cakes.

We use to always have this in the house when I was growing up. For baking chocolate cakes, making frosting to hot chocolate (add sugar and a ppinch of cinnamon)

When you'r ebaking, lumps of flour can be REALLY annoying. This old fashioned sifter has a 5 cup capacity and makes less mess than the mesh sifters I've been using.

I've used kitchen timers much more as a parent than I ever did before- time outs, whirlwind clean ups, play breaks- my daughter thinks everything is more fun when it's a race. This head timer adds an extra touch of whimsy and fun.... You can stick a box in the fridge to deodorize, use it under your arm pits as a non toxic deodorant, cook with it, clean with it, mix it with hydrogen peroxide to brush your teeth, mix it with vinegar to remove tough oven stains, ingest a spoonful if you have gas, etc, etc, etc.
