This was my first Yoga video and I just fell in love with it. So much so, that I have gone through one VHS and I'm on to my replacement DVD. It has some silly moments, like when you have to be a tree. I looked more like a tree in a huge windstorm when I first started. LOL But all around this video really works your muscles and you come away feeling taller, leaner, and more balanced. It is probably considered a moderate level. It's recommended not to do this immediately after eating and I definitely agree.

IT's geared toward new moms but anyone who is starting back will feel great after each of the workouts..I like doing a shorter one when I don't have a lot of time. Kathy Kaeher is a great trainer and motivator, as well very encouraging. Cindy is great too!
