The marble countertop is elegant, classic, and works in Spanish style, traditional, modern, really any type of home. TIP- Only consider this type of unit if you have dedicated storage elsewhere or are OCD about being clean and tidy. :)

I am not someone who dreams of a huge bathroom (since I will end up having to clean it myself!), so I like designs that "open up" the available space. On the other hand I also like thick, sturdy construction. The Parson's Washstan... On the other hand I also like thick, sturdy construction. The Parson's Washstand (from the extremely $$$ Restoration Hardware) is a good compromise. I might prefer it in white, to bring even more light into the room.
