Tarte Lipstick Shiraz
This is a really lovely color for fall and a great lipstick overall. The color is a nice brownish red which can be layered more heavily for a darker lip, or very lightly for a nice neutral lip stain. This lipstick is heavily pigmented, so it really lasts. The texture of the lipstick is creamy, with a slightly-greasy feel which gives it some "slip" over the lips, as well as a nice amount of shine (but not super glossy!). At night I did use a gloss to give it a little more "oomph" . The container is smaller than most lipstick tubes, which I really like for carrying around, but the amount of product is the same as most lipsticks, which is great. The lipstick did not dry out my lips, but did come off a little when I ate anything with oil, which is to be expected, even from a long lasting lip product. This is exactly what I've been looking for to get away from my usual neutral beige/brown lip that I did all summer!
Makes your lips feel all tingly and look all juicy.

If you are looking for a bold, striking lip that’s not too dramatic or showy then this is the color! The formula itself is very pigmented (no sheerness here) with a soft satiny shine, without shimmer. The texture was smooth, and was very moisturizing for my dry lips. This is a long lasting formula, so the lasting power was fantastic and also worked well in humid weather for me. It is non-scented. This color is a dynamic medium-toned pink that will work well with many skin tones, best up to a Gabrielle Union shade. The packaging, as with all of the Dior products, is exquisite, glamorous and yet still simple. It’s the classic deep blue Dior’s cased with a touch of silver. This is simply a great lipstick that looked gorgeous on me!
