I love the mixture of 'industrial' steel and 'natural' wood because it yeilds the perfect blend of utilitarian and traditional. This bench is substantial without being overwhelming. I just love the design.

Love this bench! I mean, it has "Love" right on it, how could I not? ;) I adore cottage style furniture, particularly in shades of yellow and blue, and I think this would look great as an entryway bench/place to put my keys. Plus,... Love this bench! ive had the bjursta table for about a year and totally love it. i've been trying to find some chairs to go with it, but every time i do its about $600 for like 4. i've come to the conclusion that i need to get benches- one big ass... ive had the bjursta table for about a year and totally love it. i've been trying to find some chairs to go with it, but every time i do its about $600 for like 4. i've come to the conclusion that i need to get benches- one big ass one on each side and a couple fancy chairs for the ends. my husband really hates benches because they have no back and people have to move over and blabla, but i think once i put a neato cushion on, it'll be great. and who the hell cares if you have to tell someone to move so you can go pee? not my friends!
