Sweet enough to please the girl and yet requires enough skill to make to earn a guy's respect. And dig that name! * 2 ounces cognac * 1 teaspoon orgeat syrup * 1/2 ounce lemon juice * 5 large or 8 small raspberries * 1 egg whites * 1 teaspoon superfine sugar Put the lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and stir in the sugar. Add the other ingredients and, before adding ice, shake viciously but briefly to activate foam. Add ice, shake again hard (to smash up the berries), and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Pernod began distilling this in France after absinthe was made illegal, so if you like, save your money on the recent influx of absinthes and grab a bottle of this (or its slightly less-sweet cousin Ricard) instead at half the price. It's best served with ice cold water added to the straight liquor in the glass until the it turns a cloudy, milky, and opaque. Chin chin!

Perfect in any Happy Friday cocktail. I mainly drink Vodka drinks, and Kettle One is my Vodka of choice. From Finland, the land that gave us sauna's and Hanoi Rocks. Very smooth! The Citroen is extra delish!
