Biodidactic Designs — Bee's Butt Honey Dipper & Weaire-Phalen Structure Honey Pot
Our Bee's Butt Honey Dipper is completed with the Weaire-Phalen Honey Pot. This innovative design calls upon the celebrated mathematical solution presented to explain the efficient geometry which makes up wax honey comb. Each cell is actually a rhombic decahedron, that is: a hexagonal prism having three rhombi at its closed end. This is formed with a perfect combination of pressure and low heat. This structure is also seen in soap bubbles!
