KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus - Caviar
I purchased this mixer several months ago. I use it all of the time for cakes, cookies, spinach dip, and lots more. It has three different beater attachments which are used for different applications. The wire whip is not recommended for the dishwasher, but I have had no problems with the other attachments in the dishwasher. Its heavy and durable. Kitchenaid is a great appliance name, and this particular mixer in the caviar color has a slight sparkle to it.

This is the perfect cake mix for zebra cakes, rainbow cakes etc. Colors easily with gel, liquid or pigment food color!!

The plain old cake stand is made more interesting with this black stand which includes lace patterns included in the glass. So pretty, I would want to keep it out all the time even when cake is not involved.

Lace and cakes go together like weddings and fondant. This could be a little over-precious, but the black gives it an interesting edge.
