My husband is an endurance athlete and he can't go without his protein drinks in the Vita-Mix, especially when he needs to be taking in a lot of calories. The more calories in liquid form, the better for him. I've given this machine as a gift to my parents, in-laws, and sisters, and everyone says it has changed their lives. Really. It makes eating well a lot of fun. We are healthier and living better lives because of this machine.
