I like a little hand blender for the smaller kitchen jobs and easy clean-up. This is a great brand. Very well made and easy to get repaired if anything goes wrong.

It is the perfect tool for a small kitchen. It makes quick work of anything that needs to be mashed, blended or whipped, is easy to clean, and is magic when making soups, which are often too hot for the blender. What's not to love... It’s swiss-made, a great quality handmixer. I love for frothing up soups, making it a little lighter.
