coppeneur chocolate bars
this is possibly the best dark chocolate bar i've ever had. it's from a family plantation in Ecuador, but the distribution company, Coppeneur, is German. they also feature chocolate bar flavours like applestrudel bourbon, pumpkin caramel, and chili whiskey, to name a few. unfortunately, i have only found these in Germany, or online at "Choco Therapy" (see link). if anyone knows of a U.S. distributor, please let me know!

Chuao is pronounced Chew-WOW apparently - and that is a great description of this fantastic combo of dark chocolate, sea salt, chipotle and popping candy (think Pop Rocks). This bar is not as good as the Naga bar, but it is still extremely tasty. I am not even a huge fan of spicy food, but the heat slowly builds as you eat more and more of the bar. The mix off flavors is excellent.
