I have close family in almost every continent in the world except in Antarctica (not that I know of, anyway). So It's not unusual for me to travel to a different country once or twice a year for a holiday. Or travel to any one of the 7,100 islands in my own country. The right kind of luggage has always been my most basic problem when going on a trip. Especially handcarry luggage, considering the new regulations for air travel and my own desire for a sturdy, compact, fuss-free but reliable suitcase. The Porter luggage line seems to be a dream come true because on top of the strudiness and compactness and portability, it has the added convenience of being able to WITHSTAND TO 200 POUNDS OF ADDITIONAL LUGGAGE PILED ON TOP OF IT! IT'S A SUITCASE AND TROLLEY IN ONE. I would love to get the PCX Lite Foam Case most of all because I can customize the dividers and the foam inlay according to the cushioning my stuff needs. It can withstand only about 100 pounds of weight piled on top of it compared to other Porter luggage, but that's more than enough for me.
