That being said, I would actually buy AND keep this particular sofa in this fabulous pattern that speaks to me of all things tropical and warm. A kind of backward recommendation, you might say.

In my limited experience, I have found that plants do tend to grow. So, you might want to provide it with a little more space in the form of, say, one of these groovy little pots. Waterproof and each unique, they will look lovely with just a bit of added greenery. I might opt for a low-maintenance cactus but I'm sure you have your own ideas about what will work in your climate.
