Jarlsberg Lite Cheese
This is the ONLY "lite" food that I eat. I thought it was odd so I tried the full fat version and hated it. Jarlsberg Lite is incredible. Even more odd is that I like the bigger slices. I don't buy anything from Norway but I make an exception for Jarlsberg Lite. OK, now I'm hungry. I'm off to the fridge for my Jarlsberg fix.

This feta is from sheep's milk. You'll notice the difference. Creamy, not too salty.Try it crumbled it on a salads or with avocado and tomatoes.
