India Tree Chardonnay Smoked Fleur de Sel
Salt ain't just salt. Some salt is used on Margarita Glasses, some salt is used for cooking, and some salt is used as a finishing flourish. That's this salt. Use it as a final flavoring on a steak, a chicken, over a tomato-mozzarella salad, or a nice grilled salmon. When the Fleur de Sel crystals are still moist they are cool-smoked over oak barrels once used to age Chardonnay. A wisp of smokiness, a hint of Chardonnay.
