The thick glass is "silvered" underneath with silver nitrate liquid for an antiqued finish that’s rich with visual interest and dimension. These red foil chargers add a lot of bang for the buck. Would make almost any dinnerware festive. Great to layer with other jewel tones, or just a white plate. A little touch of gold would make it really pop.

I love to mix glassware on the table to add color interest. These are a similar weight to the red goblets, but in a yummy violet.
