For lemons. For cooking, gets the juice out fast and easy.
With my recent obsession of oranges and the fleeting memory of my grandfathers fresh squeezed juice, I think it's about time for a citrus press.
I would press SO much more citrusy things than I do now (none) if I had this.
To easily get juice from limes, lemons and oranges, a citrus press works a charm. It filters the seeds for you. But get enameled cast iron. Very sturdy and the acid of cirtus won't corrode the metal, since it is enameled.
Part of my Sunday morning ritual—queezes out absolutely all the fruit juice.
