Nike PreCool Vest
I really dig the design of this vest, and that's not even the reason for it's appeal. Actually, its manufactured to keep athletes cool during sports. Developed specially for the Bejing Olympics the vest has multiple triangular cavities of various sizes and inside there is frozen water. To be used within one hour prior to competition it lowers the body temperature of the athlete and they last 21% longer. The vest is made with two different materials, the first acts as a thermos, preventing the cold from escaping and the second helps to keep the body cool.

We used this last year for out oldest and it ROCKED! Pull up the hood, and protect those ears and head. Tuck up the hem, and cheeks are wind-proofed. It really is a great thing for kids...heck, I wish it was big enough for me!
