Firstly, it's concentrated so rather than a bulky bottle of watered down softener, you get a more compact bottle of creamy conditioning softener. It goes without saying that the product does what it's intended to do, leaving your laundry nice and soft. The concentrated formula will do the trick, conditioning your laundry even if you have 'hard' water-- AND-- if you have softer water, you'll be pleased because you'll find it softens without leaving that horrible sticky or slick film on your laundry as some other brands do. The line of Crème softeners come in other fragrances (a good friend of mine swears by the Jojoba one), but the Sweet Almond Essence is my own favorite... we're talking serious product loyalty here. It smells DELICIOUS, but isn't an overpowering fragrance like some of the scents found with other softeners. Please try it, because should Snuggle ever discontinue it, I will be very, very sad.

I've needed to wash it since this winter (don't worry, it's not like I'm wearing it now) and this wash with tea tree oil will get it clean, and kill allergens and bacteria.

From Phyto I would expect no less, since I am a big fan of their hair products which also work very well for me. The wash is a smooth silky liquid that is thick and rich. It’s very concentrated so just a few squirts of the tube produced all I needed to cleanse both my body and my hair. The lather is super creamy with a rich fragrance that I loved. It’s a lovely, decadent spicy, slightly floral scent that was not too overpowering, but did linger on my body and hair nicely after rinsing off. Post shower my skin was very soft and hydrated and I skipped using lotion on most days (very dry skins will still need an after shower moisturizer). My hair was soft, shiny and not weighed down at all. All traces of chlorine/sand from the beach were gone from my as well. Note: As a shampoo, this formula works best on naturally straight, wavy and healthy relaxed hair.
