Oooh how I wish I had this! I usually make my chicken and lamb tagine in a regular dutch oven, but this is just so much more authentic and the temperature and preparation time would be easier to handle.

  • Sometimes when I attempt to make paella it turns out looking more messy than rustic, but hopefully with this pan the depth and nonstick surface would remedy that. This gorgeous paella pan is also great for serving even if it does...
