  • A must have in any gym, and easy to keep in your home. I like the medium sized ones - big enough to do ab work on but not ridiculous to keep around in your house. Versatile and affordable.

I have a bad lower back and the ball allows me to do sit-ups and other forms of exercise without putting any pressure on my lower back. It's a great core exercise piece of equipment.
