OrthoSil Silicone Dental "Wax" for Braces
Unlike regular dental wax, Ortho-SIl is made from silicone and doesn't fall apart on your brackets after a few hours. I smooshed it all over my braces at first. It was a life saver! The only thing is, your braces have to be really dry for it it stay on. But once you get the hang of it, it is awesome!

I love this little dental pick. It has a rubber tip on one end and a spiral brush on the other end. Both are replaceable and you can buy the replacement parts. I have a few of these and keep them in various places (my purse, my car, etc). When you have braces, you need to keep little tools around "just in case." Who wants to walk around with a big hunk of chicken stuck in their braces? Yuck!
