I don't really have bags or puffiness under my eyes, I have skeletal-esque dark circles. I have dark circles that scare small children. I have dark circles that no amount of sleep or prayer can cure. I've been using eye creams since I was 24 or 25, which means I've tried many, many products in the hundred or so years I've dabbled with the stuff. Helena Rubenstein makes a good one (Prodigy Eyes Global Anti-Ageing Concentrate Eye Balm), but it's wicked expensive. But this cream - HydroPeptide Eye - is really reasonable, and - unlike most products I've tried - I saw immediate results, especially in lightening the pits of evil blackness beneath my eyes. My eyes look brighter and younger and moisturized. Yay!
