Yeah, so Nikki Lipstick is my newest fashion enjoyment. With its reasonably priced LA street style repertoire, it isn't exactly shocking news. If you are familiar with Yard666Sale, a brilliant vintage shop with an emphasis on 90's... Yeah, so Nikki Lipstick is my newest fashion enjoyment. With its reasonably priced LA street style repertoire, it isn't exactly shocking news. If you are familiar with Yard666Sale, a brilliant vintage shop with an emphasis on 90's seapunk raver couture of sorts, it's safe to assume that these two echo one another quite nicely. My latest obsession has developed due to their new graphic tee/hoodie, the Doll Cult Leader crop top. Simply fantastical. Honestly, fASHLIN is beyond over the use of "inverted crosses" as a style gimmick, mainly because people think that if they stick it on a shirt, it instantly becomes cool, underground, and "off-limits". Honestly, it means none of these things if it is just arbitrarily used for some sort of shock-value, given that it isn't that shocking to begin with. Just another example of how religion can easily be exploited for financial gain, even the dark ones! If you must tithe, this is a much cooler avenue to go down, mainly because the image itself is pretty hilarious. Besides the fact that it has trending symbology (which frankly doesn't really seem to have any true, organic allure to it at all), the image itself could easily be considered a legitimate argument on the crippling ideaologies associated with physical beauty. Regardless of your outlook, these pieces would make a great addition to any outfit that is too clean around the edges.
