The Hallelujah Diet

The Hallelujah Diet by George Malkmus is growing in popularity daily. Based on food mentioned in the Bible. The Hallelujah diet said to take people back to nature and help alleviate disease. The Hallelujah Diet is high in fiber (47 grams) and relies on fruits, vegetables and grains. Since the diet does lack many nutrients good daily supplements are recommended. Although this diet is not something that I would personally choose, it does have you sit back and look at the foods that are in your daily diet and make some changes. I guess this alone is a plus.
