I am allergic to the philosophy of Asian fusion cuisine. EW. Spicy tuna tartare? Wasabi mashed potatoes? Green tea creme brulee? I am OVER it. In fact, I was never under it to begin with. However, I make exception for Masaharu Morimoto because NOT ONLY is he an Iron Chef, but he was one of the ORIGINAL Iron Chefs on the Japanese version of the show.
