Buy basis cleaner clean face wash
Not only does it smell nice and feel good when it goes on, but it cleans deep and leaves my skin feeling soft. It's cheap too-- about $5.99. It was recommended to me by the salesperson at Ulta beauty store. She could have sold me a more expensive product, but swore by this one.

On short trips, instead of packing a bottle of lotion, I take Smith's Rosebud Salve. This cult beauty product that can be used not just on chapped lips, but under the eyes and anywhere else you have dryness (knees, elbows, etc.).
