I prefer to shampoo my hair before work because if I do it at night it feels greasy in the morning. If I have been laying out at the pool or beach for a while, and my hair dries (after a fresh water rinse, of course), I spray a little of this on my roots and throughout to refresh my hair. It adds body and smells great.

I go to the gym during my lunch break, and this stuff keeps my hair from being gross afterwords. It goes on white, so you have to work it in. But it really does soak up all the oil and doesn't have a weird smell.

This stuff is great. Just spray and it refreshes you hair, absorbs oil and gives it a clean smell. My hair is super oily and I always have to wash it daily. This allows me to skip a day in between washings. A great time saver!
