Ali Larter recommended this in Lucky Magazine. I love hair powders because they seem so old fashioned but are the most convenient thing ever because sometimes, just admit it, you don't feel like waking up at 6 AM to take a shower.

I go to the gym during my lunch break, and this stuff keeps my hair from being gross afterwords. It goes on white, so you have to work it in. But it really does soak up all the oil and doesn't have a weird smell.
