I tried everyhting to get my thighs in shape. Squats, lunges, reverse lunges with and without weights. I also tried buns of steel with and with out the incline. I felt that doing excercises with weights added to my problem area hip. thighs, and butt. With the Bar Method body I could see and feel the difference on the first workout. My cellulite began to really diminish, and my body never looked better! ( Very slim and lithe like a dancer) It only took about 3 to 4 weeks. It probably is not for a begginer, because it is very challenging but in a good way! You feel the burn right where you want it! Becareful of your form though it is very important to perfom each excersice correctly!
