The website gives serving ideas for these uncooked scorpions, but really I'm just amazed you can eat whole scorpions. (They're "detoxified" so I guess that makes sense.)
The site recommends deep frying them until they're light and crispy and dipping them in a sweet chili sauce. Uhhhh....yum! You could dip anything in sweet chili sauce and I'll eat it.
Apparently these salted and toasted worms have more protein than beef weight for weight. A traditional food of South Africa.
