We have always been a two dog family and I love my dogs dearly as they are my best friends. However by always having a dog meant that guest would often shy away from visiting since when they got home and looked at their clothes they were always covered with pet hair. It's not like I didn't try vacuum after vacuum and also keep a large supply of those sticky roller things to pick up as much pet hair as possible - but they always left enough there to be annoying. I'll be the first one to admit that when I first saw this vacuum I had to think about the price a while before actually making my final decision. But then I realized that we have been replacing our vacuums on average of 1 a year or so due to the hair gunking up the machines & have probably spent a fortune on other ways to get the pet hair off the rugs, furniture & curtains (so how does the hair end up on curtains anyway?) This vacuum is sooooo sweet! It picks up the hair like a charm and with the ball thing it rotates & swivels without effort - yeah no more sweating when I vacuum. It even gets so close to the walls and corners that I no longer have to get down on my hands and knees with a brush to get the hair away from the walls & in the corners. If you are tired of pet hair all over everything like I was, treat yourself. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to use and how well it works.
