New Fender 1951 Nocaster Closet Classic - California Vintage Guitar and

"Nocasters" are a highly prized group of Fender guitars made for just a few months in the early 50's when Fender ran into trouble with the use of the Fender Broadcaster name (versus Gretsch's Broadkaster drum set). Telecasters came next, but in the meantime the "Broadcaster" logo was temporarily removed on the headstock, so these guitars became known as "No-casters". The original ones are way out of sight in terms of price, but these closet classics are very high-quality modern replicas. This one is a great deal from a very solid vintage retailer in Southern California.
