Some Like It Hot (Special Edition)
Billy Wilder's classic comedy stars Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis as a pair of unemployed musicians who inadvertently become witnesses to the St. Valentine Day's Massacre. To escape the wrath of the gangsters, Joe (Curtis) and Jerry (Lemmon) are forced to hit the road in drag, taking the only jobs available with an all-girl band bound for Miami. Enroute, both men fall for lead singer and blond bombshell Sugar Kane, (Marilyn Monroe), but are unable to fulfill their desires for fear of revealing their identity. Joe tries to get around this by adopting a third identity for seduction, that of a shy millionaire who sounds strangely like Cary Grant. Meanwhile Jerry has his own problems, fighting off the advances of Osgood E. Fielding, a real millionaire hypnotized by his/her charms. Some movies are just perfect.

I like this movie a lot because things don't end perfectly for Julia Roberts. It is a romantic comedy with a more realistic ending.

I was obsessed with Peter Pan as a kid so this obviously is an alltime favorite. Johnny Depp is amazing in it.

I love this film! I've seen this ten times and always enjoy it! Modern for the time and Audrey Hepburn was so beautiful! I was lucky enough to see her in person at a film tribute before she died.

I absolutely love this movie. Yes, it is a chick flick, but some men might find it entertaining. I wish it would be shown on TV more often. I haven't seen it for a few years now. The story is enchanting and if you need a good movie to cheer you up -- this would be it. Many good stars in this movie too.
