Wednesday evening , I headed off to Gene Simmons & Wolfgang Puck’s Rocktoberfest at LA Live not really knowing what to expect. I’d hoped to see Gene Simmons performing as well as Eric Dill who used to be the lead singer for the Click Five. It was a wonderful fun evening and while I didn’t see Simmons on stage, Eric totally rocked the house with his renditions of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing”, Radiohead’s “Creep” and (I think it’s by the Outfield) “Your Love”. He was backed by some of the all star band that Simmons put together for the event, Eric Dover/Guitar (Slash’s Snake Pit, Jellyfish), Brent Woods/Lead Guitar (played with Vince Neil), Michael Devin (Whitesnake and European sensation Steamroller), Matt Laug/Drummer (Alanis Morissette, Christina Aguilera, Richard Marx, etc.), Teddy Andreas/Keyboards (appeared with Carole King, Slash, Ziggy Marley, etc) and Big Jim Wheeler/Sax (toured with Kenny Loggins, Loggins and Messina, ABC, Slash’s Snake Pit). Eric just released his first solo single “War with the Wolves” just in time for Halloween. The full album I hear will be out in November. Watch the video - it’s sure to become a cult classic! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sd8zt0_YI0c Eric on iTunes at: http://bit.ly/EricDill

If you want to look like the baddest music lover in the club, then strap this sucker to your wrist and hit the dance floor. It keeps time with a funky little equalizer on the watch face that strobes in tune to the music that's playing, so you'll look like some sort of high-steppin' robot. Shake it!
