This is basically a one-stop pan for me. I have cooked entire meals in mine - transferring pasta to a dish while I prepare the sauce or transferring sauteed vegetables and meat to a dish while I prepare the soup or noodle dish into which they'll be incorporated. It's great for sweet or savory dishes. The "spouts" are perfect for pouring hot chocolate or pudding or even soup. I love my Windsor!

Valrhona is known as THE chocolate that professionals and chocolate-lovers use for the best chocolate recipes. I'm recommending this because it's 85% cocoa and is very bitter and sophisticated. I'm not a huge milk chocolate fan and when I use chocolate or feature this as the main ingredient I want something powerful that will be savoured and respected. Let's face it - Valentine's Day = Chocolate Day. If you're going to make something with chocolate for your sweetheart you should definitely invest in this.
