I first spotted Ohmelisa's scrap fabric garland at the Handmade Arcade craft fair in Pittsburgh (2007). I was going for a more handmade craft look to our Christmas tree this year and it fit perfectly, obviously. I scooped one up... Well worth it as the tree looked AMAZING!
