Rustichella d'Abruzzo Italian Pasta/Pastas

Not that I don't cook a lot of pasta year-round, but it's certainly nicer to steam up the kitchen when it's cool out. Rustichella d'Abruzzo makes some of the best pasta I've ever had, and I'm particularly fond of their bucatini--like a fat spaghetti with a hole in the middle. Makes a killer carbonara.
